Shipping Policy

We will always strive to deliver your order in time, and in good condition.

In the unlikely occurrence that we have to cancel any item you have ordered, due to our inability to deliver it, we shall credit 10% of the price of the undelivered items  (applicable only on pre-paid orders, subject to a maximum credit of Rs. 500 per order)  into your registered account with My Insignia.

MyInsignia delivers to over 5000 locations across India. To check if we deliver to a particular location, please provide the PIN code in delivery check box. We deliver only through reputed courier partners, to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient in time, and in good condition.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS beyond INR 500. There are no charges for delivery, or for any other charges like octroi etc, where these are applicable

Delivery Date:

Our delivery lead time varies by item and by the delivery location in the order. You may check the earliest date when the item can be delivered to a particular location, by entering the delivery PIN code in delivery check box .

The approximate delivery days required for us to deliver the item, from the date you place your order (if placed upto 4 p.m.)  is indicated on each product page on our website. This is the number of working days (all days of the week, except Sunday and public holidays) between when you place your order, and the earliest day the order will be delivered to the recipient, for orders placed upto 4.00 pm on a particular day. 

The delivery days may vary between 1 day and 10 days for various items available on our website, as in some cases we may have to procure the items from our vendors prior to shipping.

Please note, in case the order contains more than one item, the maximum delivery days for the items in the order shall determine when the order is will be delivered.

You will be able to see the earliest estimate delivery date for your order, on the checkout page, after you provide the shipping address, based on the items in your shopping cart, and your shipping address.

If the estimated delivery date (or the date requested for delivery) falls on a Sunday, or a public/local holiday, your order will be delivered on the immediately following working day.

All deliveries are made between 10.00am and 5.00 pm on working days, and in the event that a delivery cannot be made on the estimated delivery date, due to no one being available at the shipping address, we shall leave a “missed you’ card, and attempt delivery again the next working day.

Please also note that this is an estimated delivery date, and there may be variances at times, e.g.  due to a local holiday in the delivery area.

Other Important Shipping Information:

We will inform you by email when your order is shipped, and when we update a tracking code for the shipment. You will then be able to track the shipment using the information provided in the email.


While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics (e.g. a very large item ordered along with a small , high value item), or availability. If it is necessary to ship some items in your order separately, we shall inform you prior to shipping the order.


We ship most items in tamper evident packaging, except for very large, bulky items. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91 (0141) 6577712, or mail us at info@myinsignia.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.


On rare occasions, it may happen that an item available with us is physically damaged, or is not in a condition to be shipped, and if we are unable to procure a replacement, we may have to   cancel that item from your order. In such cases, we shall inform you about the same, and we shall credit your My Insignia account with us, with an amount equal to 10% of the price of the item(s) which has been cancelled, in addition to a full refund of the price of the cancelled item(s). This credit of additional 10%, of the item price, will not apply to any items/orders cancelled on customers’ request.


We will endeavour to ensure that the invoice for the order is not delivered to the recipient in the case of gifting orders. However, in some states it may be required by law, to provide the invoice to the recipient, and in such cases, we shall have to deliver the invoice along with the shipment
